Corporate Kickboxing is a fast paced energetic workout that is a great motivator and stress buster, it is a popular activity and one that we get repeat bookings for all the time.
Corporate Kickboxing is available as a one off event, part of our Corporate Martial Arts package or as a company subsidised class for employees such as the class we operate for T Mobile employees at the Head Office in Hatfield.
Students are taught the correct way to punch and kick and are then put to the test with exciting Kickboxing drills and games.
All equipment is provided including Focus Pads, Kick Shields and Boxing Gloves. Where required we can provide floor mats.
